HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE Is Verizon Bound
HTC is just full of surprises. Just when you thought the phone maker had slip all of its 2012 lineup, another contender for your dollars shows up. This time its the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE. Spoiler alert; its really the HTC One S.
Granted, for those of you on the American carrier looking upgrade to a 4G capable phone, this may just be the one to get. It is packing a 4-inch Super LCD qHD display with a resolution of 960×540. At the heart of this phone is a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 (Krait) CPU clocked at 1.2GHz. Around back it has a 1080p capable, 8-megapixel shooter, complimented by a front facing shooter of unspecified caliber. While Verizon has not specified just how much internal, flash-based storage this phone will support, it does state that it does support up to 32GB microSD card expansion. As far as wireless communications go, WiFi and Bluetooth are both on board. Since is headed for Verizon, it has also been outfitted with a 4G LTE radio to take advantage of Verizon’s super speedy LTE network.
Software wise, this phone is packing the latest; Android version 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), as well as Sense 4. The phone is scheduled to be available to consumers sometime in the next few weeks.
